FALL 2008 Soccer season runs from early September until mid November. Players will be placed on recreational teams that do not keep league standings. Aptos places players on teams from U6 to U19. Returning and New Players may mail in their registration forms and money OR use Walk-In Registration. If your child is on OR will be trying out for an Aptos Div. 3 Advanced Soccer Team, he/she must still register with Aptos Soccer Club.

Players must be at least 4 by July 31, 2004.

NEW THIS YEAR! All signatures must be in BLUE Ink. Be sure to send in TWO Copies of the Reg. Form!

If you want to coach a team, download the Coach Disclosure Form and mail in with your reg. form.

**Registration for Returning Players**

1. 1”x 1” photo for all players (for player pass)

2. Completed Registration form. Please send in TWO copies of the registration form. Remember to sign the form.

3. $125.00 Per Player - Check or money order payable to Aptos Soccer Club.

**Registration for New Players**

1. Copy of birth certificate

2. 1”x 1” photo for all players (for player pass)

3. Completed Registration form . Please send in TWO copies of the registration form. Remember to sign the form.

4. $125.00 Per Player – Check or money order payable to Aptos Soccer Club

**Walk in Registration**

If your child is an advanced player, give it a try!	Under 19	8/1/89 – All 1990 & 1991 to 7/31/92

**Late Registration, Refunds and Non-Refundable Fees**

Registration, postmarked after May 15^th will be accepted only with a late registration charge of $25. Any registrations after June 1^st will be accepted on a space available basis.

Refunds: Request for refunds must be made in writing. Refund requests prior to August 31^st are half the amount paid. No refunds will be granted after August 31^st.

Sponsors: If you would like to sponsor a team, check the “Sponsor” box on the registration form, attach your check for $300 and your contact information or email cabramson@baileyproperties.com. Every team needs a Sponsor, why not sponsor your child’s team?

Scholarships: A limited number of Scholarships are available: Download a scholarship form and mail it in with the application.

All who register by June 1^st will be placed on a team unless there are insufficient coaches and/or registrants to form a team in their age/gender division.

Registration forms can be obtained at the following locations: Aptos Library: 7695 Soquel Drive, Aptos La Selva Beach Library: 316 Estrella Avenue, La Selva Beach OR SignWave 9018 Soquel Drive Aptos. You can also download the registration form from the web site. Print and fill out 2 copies of the form and mail everything in.
