FALL 2009 Soccer season runs from late August until mid
November. Players will be placed on recreational teams that do not keep league
standings. Aptos places players on teams from U6 to U19. Returning and New Players may
mail in their downloaded registration form and money OR use Walk-In
Registration OR use on-line Registration for credit card uses only. If your child will be trying out for an Aptos
Div. 3 Advanced Soccer Team, he/she must still register with Aptos Soccer Club
using any three of the above registration techniques.
Players must be at least 4 by July 31,
2009.

If you want to coach a team,
download the Coach Disclosure Form and mail in with your reg. form.

**Late
Registration, Refunds and Non-Refundable Fees**
Registration, postmarked after May 15th will be
accepted only with a late registration charge of $25. Any registrations after June 1st will be
accepted on a space available basis.
Refunds: Request for refunds must be made in writing. Refund
requests prior to August 31st are half the amount paid. No
refunds will be granted after August 31st.
Sponsors:
If you would like to sponsor a team, check the “Sponsor” box on the
registration form, attach your check for $250 and your contact information or
email marcellameier@gmail.com. Every team needs a Sponsor,
why not sponsor your child’s team?
Scholarships: A limited number of Scholarships are available: Download a
scholarship form. Mail it in with the
application.
All who register by June 1st will be placed on a team unless
there are insufficient coaches and/or registrants to form a team in
their age/gender division.
