All Class I and Class III
Head Coaches shall obtain a CYSA E/D license. All Class I and Class III
Assistant Coaches shall obtain a CYSA F license.

All District II playing leagues class I and
class III head coaches that do not hold a CYSA F license or higher will
be required to attend and pass the CYSA F coaching course in the
upcoming playing season and attend and pass the CYSA E coaching course
the following season and third season attend and pass the CYSA E/D
coaching course.

All District II class I and class III head
coaches that currently hold a CYSA F license or higher will be required
to attend and pass the CYSA E coaching course in the upcoming playing
season.

All District II class I and class III head
coaches that currently hold a CYSA E license or higher will be required
to attend and pass the CYSA E/D coaching course in the upcoming season.

All District II U16 and older class I head
coaches will be required to hold a CYSA STATE D or higher license. All
district II class III head coaches will be required to hold an E/D
license or higher.

All District II class I and class III
assistant coaches will be required to attend and pass a CYSA F coaching
course in the upcoming season.

ALL COACHES
MUST COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE IF THEY ARE TO BE ISSUED A COACHES PASS.
A new coach must obtain a CYSA F license their first year and a CYSA E
license the following
year.

EFFECTIVE DATE:
2002/2003 PLAYING SEASON, upgrades to take place prior to
the 2003/2004 playing season

Justification: In order to teach the players of
District II, we need a progressive soccer coaching program that
develops coaching skills at a rate compatible to that of the players.
This will also lay the basic foundation of coaching uniformity within
District II.
