Dear Team Parent,

Please be sure to have your team on the field lined up and ready to go 15 minutes before your assigned time. We have made every effort to schedule you as close to your game time as possible. We have over 70 teams with games all over the county that must meet at the Aptos Jr. High for pictures.

All pictures will be taken at the Aptos Junior High. 1001 Huntington Dr. Aptos

On picture day please check in with the photo assistants -carrying clipboards to let them know that you have arrived. Once you have assembled your team, please have them; tuck in their shirts, cover the shin guards with their socks, and lined up shortest to tallest. Stress to parents to be on time (minimum of 15 minutes before your scheduled time). Pictures may have to be taken without a full team present.

Each player will receive: (You already paid for this when registered with Aptos Soccer)

• 1 - 5x7 Team Photo
• 1 - 3 ½ x 5 Individual photo
• 1 - 3" Photo Button
• 1 - Memory Mate Folder

There is a $9.00 coupon that goes toward the Memory Mate Package described above, but can be applied to any other package.

All teams receive: two - 5x7 team photos (for sponsors, coaches' use, etc.)

Each player MUST be in line with a filled out picture envelope, whether or not they are ordering additional pictures. Extra photos, trading cards, etc. may be ordered (and there is a $9.00 coupon to apply to extra purchases), but MUST be done at the time your team photos are being taken. The extra ordered items must be paid for at the time of ordering. (NO PICTURES W/O ENVELOPE). Should you have any questions please call the soccer phone # 688-8501, Box 20.

Pictures will be available for distribution in October. Coaches will be asked to complete an evaluation form prior to picking up the pictures!!

Soccer T-shirts/Sweatshirts will be on sale during picture day at the field. This benefits our Aptos Soccer League.
