Santa Cruz United develops the whole player — technically, tactically, and personally — within an environment that fits each player’s stage of growth and ambition.

Our competitive pathway includes three connected phases:

Foundation Phase – Building Fundamentals & Love of the Game

• Fun, inclusive environment focused on essential skills

• Emphasis on teamwork, creativity, and age-appropriate competition

• Player-centered coaching and structured competition

• Technical and tactical improvement with advancement opportunities
